We want you to love your 4TH ARQ pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the items are free from marks or scents to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated return label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
